SCPM software runs on the MS Windows platform and has been tested on Window 2000, Xp and 7 in 32 bit mode. Any computer system Pentium4 or higher with 512 megabytes of RAM and 60 gigabyte hard drive in sufficient. The computer display and video adapter must be capable of displaying 1024 x 768 resolution in high colour mode. For support purposes your computer needs to be connected to the internet, or you need to have a phone modem installed. We provide pcAnywhere for remote support and need to be able to connect to you either over the internet or by phone. You can use any printer that is Windows compatible. Low volume plants will generally choose an inkjet printer, but a laser printer provides better economy and service. |
